Selden System 15 Traveller Car Tie-On – Ball Bearing Car for Flexible Rigging

The Selden System 15 tie-on traveller car (Art. 441-102-01) is a compact and versatile solution for mainsheet systems on dinghies and small keelboats up to approximately 22 ft. Designed for use on 15 mm tracks, this car allows flexible rigging by attaching the control block directly with a line or soft connection.

This “tie-on” configuration makes the traveller ideal for custom setups, lightweight racing applications, or situations where a traditional shackle or fixed connection is not required. The open design allows precise positioning of blocks and reduces overall system weight.

The traveller runs on Torlon ball bearings, ensuring very low friction and smooth movement along the track, even under load. The body is made from marine-grade anodised aluminium, combined with stainless steel components for durability and corrosion resistance.
