Selden Side Consoles for Self-Tacking System 22

The Selden Side Consoles for Self-Tacking System 22 are structural support components designed to mount and stabilise the 22 mm self-tacking track on cruising and performance sailboats.

Manufactured from AISI 316 marine-grade stainless steel, these consoles provide reliable load distribution and precise alignment of the self-tacking assembly. They form the structural bridge between the track and the deck fittings, ensuring correct geometry and long-term durability under sail load.

This kit includes two side consoles, threaded bars and joint brackets engineered to connect with either permanent or removable deck fittings (sold separately). The modular construction allows flexible installation depending on the yacht layout.

Designed for use with the Selden Self-Tacking System 22, typically installed on yachts up to approximately 10 m (33 ft), where efficient headsail handling and simplified tacking are required.
