The Selden PBB100 double block (410-001-04) is engineered for extreme load applications where high mechanical advantage and maximum strength are required. As part of the Selden PBB100 plain bearing range, this block is specifically designed for professional rigging and high static load applications. It delivers controlled trimming performance combined with exceptional durability.

The block features machined, black anodised aluminium sheaves with polymer (acetal) bushings and two axial Delrin® bearings. These stabilise the sheaves when the rope runs at an angle, ensuring smooth operation and reduced wear under extreme loads.

The robust construction includes anodised aluminium cheeks and stainless steel load components, with insulation between materials to prevent corrosion and extend service life.

With a safe working load of 4000 kg and a breaking load of 8000 kg, this block is built for the most demanding sailing conditions.
