Selden OWS Sail Car – for Seldén/Kemp E & D Sections

The Selden OWS Sail Car – for Seldén/Kemp E & D Sections is a low-friction sail handling component engineered to significantly improve mainsail movement compared with traditional sail slides. The Outer Wheel Slider design uses four low-friction wheels that roll on the aft face of the mast section while the slider slug travels smoothly inside the luff groove, reducing resistance and wear.

This version is tailored for Seldén and Kemp E- and D-section masts used from 1977 through 2002, making it ideal for upgrading older rigs without altering the mast groove. Because of its slug shape and depth, it also fits many other mast brands such as John Mast, Soromap, Sparcraft and Z-Spars.

For best performance, attach the OWS slider to the mainsail with a webbing strap; it can also be used as an intermediate slider or headboard slider depending on your setup.
