Selden Halyard Lead Single – for Rope Halyards C227-F286

The Selden Halyard Lead Single – for Rope Halyards C227-F286 is a precision marine rigging component engineered to improve the routing and longevity of rope halyards on compatible mast sections. Built from polished stainless steel, this halyard lead naturally guides a single rope halyard where it exits the mast, reducing friction and preventing line wear during hoisting, reefing and lowering. It is intended for rope halyards only — not wire — for optimal performance and reduced chafe.

Specifically designed for Seldén mast sections C227, C245, C258, C269, F268, F275 and F286, this single halyard lead can also be adapted to similar-sized mast profiles when necessary. To avoid galvanic corrosion between the stainless steel fitting and the aluminium mast, it is recommended to insulate or lacquer the internal contact area before installation. The product includes M8 screws for secure mounting.
