Selden Dead-End Bracket for Code Zero Halyard Ø16 – Mast Sections C280–F406
Details
Secure Halyard Termination for High-Load Code Zero Systems
The Selden Dead-End Bracket for Code Zero Halyard Ø16 provides a strong and reliable termination point inside the mast when using a 2:1 halyard setup.
Code Zero sails create significantly higher loads compared to standard headsails. Standard halyard boxes and rope clutches are not designed for these forces. This Selden dead-end bracket fixes the halyard’s dead end directly inside the mast, while the working part of the halyard runs through a block at the halyard swivel to achieve proper luff tension.
