The Selden Dead-End Bracket for Code 0 Halyard – Max Rope Ø 12 is a precision mast fitting engineered to support high-load halyard arrangements for dedicated Code 0 sails. Code 0 halyards with a 2:1 purchase require stronger termination points than standard halyard boxes and stoppers can provide. To achieve this, the dead-end bracket offers a robust internal anchor point inside the mast where the halyard’s dead end can be fixed and the running line led through a block attached to the halyard swivel.

This version is sized for rope halyards up to Ø 12 mm and fits a wide range of Seldén mast sections — including E177, C137, C153, C156, C175, C180, C192/F170 and F194/F212 profiles — providing broad compatibility across performance rigs. Installation typically involves a cutout in the mast wall and secure fixing with included fasteners (e.g., Monel pop rivets).
