The Scout KS-50 VHF Marine Antenna 1.5 m – 3 dB is engineered to meet the demands of reliable VHF communication at sea. Its 1.5 m fiberglass whip with vertical polarization and 3 dB gain ensures clear signal reception and transmission across the 156–162 MHz marine band, making it suitable for marine radios used for vessel-to-vessel and shore communications.

Equipped with the Scout FastFit system, this antenna can be easily removed without disconnecting or rerouting the cable — ideal for winter storage, transport or when securing your boat. The waterproof N-female (SO-239) connector with solid brass elements and anti-UV high-gloss finish resists corrosion, ensuring durability in saltwater environments.

The KS-50 supports up to 50 W maximum input power, has a 50 Ω impedance and retains an efficient VSWR < 1.5:1 for effective signal transfer. Its classic white finish and 1″ × 14 threaded mount make installation straightforward on deck, rail or mastheads of motorboats and yachts.
