Plastimo Pilot 180N Lifejacket ISO 12402-3 no harnass

The Pilot 180 lifejacket bridges the gap between recreational boating and professional applications. With an increased 180 Newton buoyancy, it offers improved self-righting performance and greater freeboard, even when worn over heavy or protective clothing.

Its 300-denier polyamide outer cover, UV-treated for long-term durability, protects against wear during sport fishing, commercial fishing and industrial use. The fluorescent yellow buoyancy bladder, made from SOLAS-approved fabric with polyurethane coating, ensures high visibility and reliability.

An ergonomic black collar made from polyester with PU coating improves comfort and flexibility. Depending on the version, the lifejacket features either a fiberglass/polyamide buckle (without harness) or a 316L stainless steel buckle (with harness).

The manual inflation handle is positioned low and close to the body to prevent accidental snagging. An optional anti-spray / anti-embrane hood (ref. 64950) can be added for enhanced protection.
