To heat your cabin, you have the choice between the following modes:

Power mode: Simple control (hot air blowing more or less)

Temperature mode: Simple control + add temperature sensor 1458 (to be able to stabilize the temperature)

The Simple control control panel with single button does not allow

Control panel with button alone, this model does not allow temperature regulation unlike the Oled Control panel (4725) which has an integrated probe. The PU-5 blows the heater more or less by turning the knob, but the heater never stops. As it does not have a digital display, any fault codes are generated by counting the number of flashes of the LED.

This control panel is compatible with all 12V and 24V forced air heaters.

Power mode (if external sensor is not connected):

- Designed to heat the space as quickly as possible

- Heating works continuously at a power defined by the button

** Temperature mode (if external sensor is connected):

- Designed to heat the space to the required temperature

- Heat production decreases as the difference between the desired temperature and the temperature in the space decreases

* Ventilation mode:

- Designed for air circulation in the space

** Ventilation function during heating (if the external probe is connected):

- Designed to maintain the required temperature in the space

- Once the required temperature is reached, the space heating is stopped and the ambient air is circulated

- Controls the temperature of the space; if the temperature drops below the set point, heating starts in ventilation mode

* Please note that Autoterm heaters with a production date before or the same as 11/16/2016 do not support fan mode. You can check the production date of your Autoterm heaters on the warranty card.

**Please note that all Autoterm heaters require an external temperature sensor (1458), so that the “Power Mode” and “Ventilation During Heating” functions work.

Information: the cable (2067) sold with the heater, which is used to connect the control panel with the heater, measures 1.80 m. We offer extension cables in 3m (4111) and 5m (2468) that you can add between the 1.80m cable (2067) and the heating.
