Seperator filter Filterset with transparent bottom

Fuel filter type CAV/296 is a widely used filter in ships with diesel engines. The set is available with aluminium or transparent underside of the filter house. When using the tranparante lower house, visual control is easy. The fuel filter provides the greatest possible protection against water intrusion and contaminants into fuel systems. The filter/water separator ensures the coarse filtering of your diesel fuel and also separates moisture from your fuel.
